Sunshine Flowers
Still have to id this plant that was growing on the edge of a field. Could be a weed but not likely. The entire plant seems to spread and grow up to 25 feet high. Found an offshoot and attempting to grow in my yard.

Day 106 – Life 365
Buttercup
Buttercup – 2 of the 3 Monarch are out. Savannah named the first, Buttercup. The second, has issues and is named Doodle. The third to come out tomorrow will be Omega.

Chrysalis
2 are wrapped up and one is working hard at it. I managed to get all out of holding container and tie them up to hang better. Just before the Monarch is ready, this casing will turn black.

Cat house upgrade
The caterpillars moved into their larger container on their way to becoming Monarch butterflies. Size at this point is 2 inches.

Baby Cats
Decided to take 2 leaves with Monarch butterfly eggs on them from Day 76 picture. 2 out of 4 of the caterpillars can be seen in this pic. They are about 2mm long.

Nursery
Monarchs lay their eggs on Milkweed. I raised Monarchs while I was teaching. Pulled 3 eggs from this neighborhood plant.
